Indications

Hawthorn has sedative and muscle-relaxant properties and is particularly indicated for cardiac erethism. The plant acts on the cardiovascular system in two ways: on the one hand, it dilates the muscles of the vessels, particularly the coronary ones, reducing peripheral resistance and lowering blood pressure; on the other hand, it acts directly on the myocardium with a positive inotropic effect.

Directions for use and dosage

2-4 tablets per day.
In case of sleep disorders, it is better to take the product in the afternoon and evening.
