Indications

Hairmin Complex 60 Capsules is a complete food supplement for the health of hair and nails, formulated with L-cysteine, L-methionine, PABA, vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts. Contains millet extract, known for its supporting action on nails and hair, and apple extract rich in procyanidins B2. Biotin (vitamin H), zinc, and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair, while copper helps preserve normal pigmentation. Vitamin B6 promotes the synthesis of cysteine, a key amino acid for hair structure. Excellent for combating periods of seasonal hair loss, brittle hair, weak nails, or a nutrient-poor diet. Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free, also suitable for those with intolerances.

L-cysteine; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; coloring: red iron oxide; L-methionine, millet (Panicum miliaceum L. – fructus) extract, apple extract tit. 4% procyanidin B2 [Malus pumila Mill. – falsus-fructus (pomum)], ferrous gluconate, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; L-selenomethionine; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), zinc oxide, copper gluconate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), chromium picolinate, vitamin H (D-biotin). Gluten-free. Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use and dosage

Take the capsules with a glass of water, preferably during meals, to promote optimal nutrient absorption.

We recommend taking 1 or 2 capsules daily, preferably during meals.
