Composition

Gymnema (Gymnema silvestre Retz. R. Br.) leaf powder 46.8% and dry extract* (titrated at 25% in gymnemic acid) 32%. Capsule constituent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

1 capsule half an hour before lunch and 1 half an hour before dinner.
