Indications
Group B is a food supplement based on B vitamins in double-layer tablets formulated with innovative fast+retard technology that allows for a gradual release of the vitamins over time:
- Fast layer with a high dosage of vitamin B12. The fast release occurs in 10 minutes and the presence of vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Retard layer with B vitamins. The delayed release lasts up to 8 hours. Vitamins B1, B3 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Group B is formulated to reduce tiredness and fatigue thanks to vitamin B12, folic acid (vitamin B9) and pantothenic acid (vitamin B5).
- Vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Vitamin B12 and folic acid (vitamin B9) also support the normal function of the immune system and psychological function.

Composition
Bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; spinach powder (Spinacia oleracea L., leaves), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), coloring: iron oxides and iron hydroxides; Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend 1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning.
To make swallowing easier, the tablet can be divided into 2 parts thanks to the convenient pre-cut.
