Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to dissolve a 7.5 gram measuring spoon in half a litre of water and drink throughout the day. Alternatively, divide the same dose into several administrations, preferably concentrating the intake in the evening after dinner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
