Golc BCAA 2:1:1 by Proaction is a food supplement based on branched chain amino acids, particularly suitable for athletes, with Beta-Alanine (CarnoSyn). The branched chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleudine and Valine) promote very important actions in the physical performance of the athlete, in particular they stimulate protein synthesis, provide energy (especially in endurance sports) and limit muscle catabolism. The addition of Beta-Alanine allows us to have an excellent preworkout for particularly intense work both in the world of endurance and in mass and power sports, since Beta Alanine is a precursor of Carnosine which allows you to buffer lactic acid produced by physical activity.
