Ingredients
Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac) tuber powder 3.0 g, stabilizer: guar gum, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.
Directions for use and Dosage
The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g (21 tablets) of Glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each (7 tablets), with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. People with swallowing difficulties or swallowing without adequate fluid intake may pose a choking hazard. To ensure it reaches the stomach, Glucomannan must always be taken with plenty of water.
