Glucomannan 100 is an adjuvant supplement in low-calorie diets, promoting the physiological sense of satiety.

Ingredients

Glucomannan (Amorphophallus Konjac Koch) tuber, high in glucomannan (swelling index 95mlg) powder 420 mg. Capsule constituents: vegetable cellulose.

Directions for use and Dosage

3-4 capsules 30 minutes before main meals with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings

Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. If you are taking other medications, it is recommended that you do not take them at the same time to avoid interfering with absorption (at least 2 hours before or after). There may be a risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or if swallowed without adequate fluid intake.
