Indications
Algem Glucomannan Forte is A dietary supplement containing glucomannan from konjac root and chromium that contributes to weight loss, macronutrient metabolism, and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
The maximum beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan (1 tablet 3 times a day).
Ingredients
Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch); bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, bamboo; [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] young stem dry extract, chromium picolinate.
Gluten and lactose-free.

Mode Directions for Use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 tablet 2 or 3 times a day, about 30 minutes before each meal, with plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Glucomannan may reduce the absorption of certain medications if taken simultaneously; take the product at least one hour before or two hours after any medications.
