Indications

Gliadines is a supplement based on a special probiotic strain, Bifidobacterium longum ES1, useful for promoting the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.

Gliadines contains: 1 billion CFU/sachet of Bifidobacterium longum ES1.

Directions for use and dosage

Take 1 sachet per day, dissolved in half a glass of water or directly in the mouth.

Storage

The product contains probiotic microorganisms that are sensitive to heat.
It is therefore recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or sudden changes in temperature, to store it away from light and, preferably, at a temperature between +2°C and +8°C and to transport it at temperatures below 25°C for periods not exceeding 48 hours.
