Ingredients

Condurago bark 17%; chamomile dry extract 3:1 14%; licorice root 12%; mastic gum resin 10%; Iceland moss thallus 10%; calcium carbonate 10%; pineapple juice concentrate 3:1 5%; bamboo stem dry extract 5%; fucoidate 5%; fig buds 3%; linden buds 3%; lactobaccillus reuteri 2%; thickeners: gum arabic 2%; microcrystalline cellulose 2%; magnesium stearate.

Directions for use and dosage

It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets after main meals, corresponding to 1-2 grams per day, equivalent to 80 mg of calcium.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
