Indications

Ganoderma lucidum (reishi) is a supplement based on the mushroom from which it takes its name.

Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi in Japanese, Ling zhi in Chinese, known as the "mushroom of immortality") is a medicinal mushroom of Chinese origin whose active ingredients have medicinal properties. The dry extract of the mushroom is standardized at 30% polysaccharides (beta-glucans), making Ganoderma lucidum Efit a phytotherapeutic in its own right.

Polysaccharides are organic chemical compounds belonging to the class of carbohydrates that stimulate the immune system and regulate blood pressure, effectively helping control cholesterol levels. Furthermore, Ganoderma lucidum is active in regulating blood sugar levels and can be useful as an adjuvant to diets as, by accelerating the metabolism, it allows you to burn fat more quickly and is therefore useful for controlling body weight. Finally, it has antihistamine properties useful for relieving seasonal rhinitis and asthma symptoms. This is all explained by the presence of around 400 active ingredients including beta-glucans, some heterobeta-glucans, lingzhi-8 proteins, triterpenes, peptides, mineral salts, vitamin B1, folic acid, amino acids and sterols.

Composition

Dry extract of Ganoderma (Ganoderma lucidum (Curtis) P. Karst-Sporophorum) tit. 30% polysaccharides, food gelatin (for the capsule), extracts supported by maltodextrin from non-GMO corn.

Directions for use and Dosage

1 capsule at breakfast, 1 capsule at lunch and 1 capsule at dinner for one month of treatment.
