Directions for use and Dosage

Decoction: Bring 150 ml of water to the boil of water, add 2 g of the mixture and boil for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat, leave to infuse for another 10 minutes and then filter.
Drink 2-3 cups of herbal tea a day, between meals.
