Bamboo extract contributes to the well-being of hair and nails. Zinc and selenium promote the maintenance of normal hair and nails and are indicated for protecting cells from oxidative stress.
Composition
Bulking agent: cellulose; bamboo (Bambusa spp., young stem) dry extract titrated 70% silica, selenium-enriched yeast, zinc oxide; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; glazing agents: pregelatinized starch, talc, glycerol, shellac; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coloring: titanium dioxide; biotin (D-biotin).
Gluten-free. Naturally lactose-free.
Directions for use and dosage
Take 1-2 tablets a day, as needed, swallowed with water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
