Indications
Foliheia is a food supplement based on Iron Sunactive P80 easily assimilated and highly available, Vitamin C (improves absorption), Vitamin B12 (valuable for the formation of red blood cells), Folic Acid for the formation of hemoglobin. It is indicated for women of childbearing age or who are pregnant or breastfeeding, iron deficiency anemia, dry, inelastic skin, thin-brittle-sparse hair, brittle-thin-flattened-concave nails, frequent and prolonged headaches and migraines, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue and exhaustion (asthenia) even at rest, breathing difficulties (dyspnea). Gluten-Free and Lactose-Free.

How to use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1 capsule daily.

Storage
