Indications
Flogox Indicated in cases of acute osteoarticular inflammation, degenerative osteoarticular disease, acute post-injury inflammatory edema, inflammation of the upper airways and oral cavity, infectious inflammatory phenomena, cystitis.
Flogox is composed of:
- Bromelain: is an enzyme extracted from pineapple with proteolytic, anti-edema, and anti-inflammatory action.
- Devil's claw: is a molecular complex (phytocomplex) with anti-inflammatory action on COX2 (cyclooxygenase 2), particularly active on osteoarticular inflammatory processes.
The presence of gingerols in ginger is responsible for the anti-inflammatory action on cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase, in synergy with the anti-edema action due to the ability to modulate the synthesis of thromboxane A2. - Turmeric liposome: is a broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory that regulates, through transcriptional and post-transcriptional mechanisms, the vast majority of mediators directly and indirectly implicated in the inflammatory cascade – antioxidant. The liposomal form allows for optimizing its bioavailability.
- Thiamine: is a vitamin with a coenzyme action that is functional in the resolution of inflammatory conditions involving components of the nervous system, optimizing its metabolic-energetic dynamics.
Composition/Ingredients
Ginger (Zingiber officinalis Rosc., rhizome) dry extract titrated at 5% in gingerols, devil's claw [Harpagophytum procumbens (Burch.) DC, root) dry extract titrated at 4% in harpagosides, bromelain, food gelatin capsule, turmeric liposome [turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) rhizome dry extract, soy lecithin; bulking agent: cellulose], thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids; pepper (Piper nigrum L., fruits) dry extract titrated at 95% piperine.
