Indications
Food supplement indicated for inflammation of the prostate (prostatitis), useful for the well-being and functionality of the urinary tract. Contains Turmeric, Bromelain, Escin and Arbutin. It is recommended for prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate or prostatic inflammation) thanks to the presence of natural extracts, selected and standardized, with anti-inflammatory activity.
Turmeric is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties but is poorly absorbed by our body. To circumvent this obstacle, Flogoprost® uses a Turmeric extract with liposomal technology. This system allows for a significant increase in the bioavailability of these substances, with beneficial effects on the body.
Traditional Turmeric is already poorly bioavailable half an hour after ingestion. On the contrary, the Turmeric present in Flogoprost®, thanks to its association with soy phospholipids, creates a structure similar to the cell membrane. This allows for rapid penetration into the cell and a longer residence time. In this way, Turmeric can perform its anti-inflammatory action for longer periods and at significantly lower doses than traditional turmeric.
Escin is naturally present in horse chestnut extract. Its intake can be help restore urinary flow and prevent new episodes of retention.
Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapple and is useful in promoting the health of prostatic tissue. It is an excellent anti-inflammatory and anti-oedematous agent, particularly on soft tissue.
Arbutin is a substance found in bearberry leaves. It counteracts the onset and proliferation of potentially harmful bacterial strains. It is a useful antibacterial in cases where, in addition to the inflammatory process, there is also a mild infectious process.

Warnings
In case of liver or biliary alteration or gallstones, the product is not recommended. If you are taking any medications, consult your doctor.
Due to the presence of turmeric, urine may be slightly yellowish.
Directions for use
For prostatitis, we recommend taking one tablet twice a day for 15-30 days (or as advised by your doctor), preferably between meals. If the problem persists, you can continue treatment for longer periods. If you experience a slight stomach upset, take the tablet on a full stomach.
