Indications

Fitovit mg marino is a concentrate of salts and natural forms of magnesium: oxides, hydroxides, sulphates and magnesium chlorides.

Marine magnesium is obtained from seawater using a careful extraction technique by evaporation and subsequent micronization.

Useful in cases of decreased magnesium intake from the diet or increased needs, in cases of stress, nervousness, premenstrual syndrome, muscle cramps, difficulty relaxing and falling asleep.

100% natural, sugar-free and suitable for vegans.

Composition

Marine magnesium 30.5%; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Anti-caking agents: pregelatinized corn starch, calcium carbonate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use and dosage

Take 1-2 tablets per day.
1 tablet corresponds to approximately 40% RDA.
