Indications
Fitosnel by Comple.Med is a food supplement based on Hops, Beans, Green Tea with Zinc and Chromium indicated for body weight control. Beans support carbohydrate metabolism and, together with Green Tea, promote the drainage of body fluids. Green tea is also useful for balancing body weight and has a tonic action (physical and mental fatigue). Zinc and Chromium contribute to normal macronutrient metabolism and in addition zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate and fatty acid metabolism and Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Ingredients
Red Blister: Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) flowers d.e. tit. at 8.5% in mature hop bitter acids (MHBA*); external coating in hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, firming agent: pectin; Corn starch; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Blue Blister: Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) fruit d.e. tit. 8'000 AIA**/g, Green tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) leaves d.e. tit. 5% caffeine and 20% epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG); external coating in hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, firming agent: pectin; corn starch; zinc oxide; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; chromium picolinate.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 capsule from the red blister after breakfast and 1 capsule from the blue blister during lunch or immediately after.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product does not replace a varied diet. It should be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, more than three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Due to the presence of caffeine (10 mg/day), not recommended for children, pregnant women and breastfeeding women. However, do not exceed the maximum caffeine intake of 400 mg from all sources. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate. It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by minors under 18 years of age. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
Storage
Store in a cool (not exceeding 25°C) and dry place, away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat sources. The minimum shelf life refers to the product when stored correctly in its intact packaging.
