Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 1 to 6 capsules per day during meals, with a glass of water, depending on the benefit sought. The beneficial effect on cardiac function is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA (1 capsule). The beneficial effect on maintaining normal brain function is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA (2 capsules). The beneficial effect on maintaining normal blood triglyceride levels is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of EPA and DHA (4 capsules). The beneficial effect on maintaining normal blood pressure is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of EPA and DHA (6 capsules).
