Fenugreek is an annual herbaceous plant, belonging to the Leguminosae family, with a taproot and trifoliate leaves inserted alternately on a cylindrical, fistulous stem.
The seeds, harvested when ripe, are roughly square in shape, yellowish-brown in color, and give off a characteristic odor.
Fenugreek grows wild in Italy, in grassy areas, from the sea to the sub-mountainous region.
Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 2-3 tablets 2-3 times a day.
