Food supplement useful during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Indications
FerTotal is a food supplement based on iron pyrophosphate (LIPOFER®), copper and vitamins, useful in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for the nutrients it contains.
The iron contained in FerTotal uses an innovative encapsulation technology (liposome). This coating process ensures high bioavailability and improved tolerability of the iron, reducing possible irritation in the gastrointestinal tract.
FerTotal is useful for filling dietary deficiencies or increased organic iron needs such as during pregnancy, breastfeeding, following blood loss of various kinds, anemia due to iron malabsorption and anemia due to infectious diseases.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1 capsule per day at any time of the day.
Warnings
Pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to consult their doctor. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°- 30°C, away from light and/or heat sources. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in its intact packaging.
