Indications

Ferrum Vanda is a food supplement based on iron, vitamins and minerals, useful in case of nutritional deficiencies or increased needs. Iron plays a very important role in many biochemical processes, which is why, when deficiency situations arise (malabsorption or high elimination), its supplementation restores homeostatic balance, helping to promote:

• Normal energy metabolism.
• Normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.
• Normal transport of oxygen in the body.
• Reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Normal function of the immune system.

The supplement is effective thanks to the integration with B vitamins. In association with iron, the integration of B vitamins supports its action, in particular:

• Folate contributes to normal hematopoiesis thanks to its fundamental contribution in the transport of one-carbon units for the formation of the heme prosthetic group of hemoglobin. At the same time, it promotes normal homocysteine ​​metabolism (thanks also to the presence of vitamins B6 and B12) and the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.
• Riboflavin contributes to normal iron metabolism and the maintenance of normal red blood cells.

Furthermore, vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and copper its normal transport in the body.

Directions for use and Dosage
