Ingredients

In 1 capsule: bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; inulin 110 mg, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), micronized iron pyrophosphate (ferric pyrophosphate, rapeseed lecithins, sodium chloride, maltodextrin), iron bisglycinate; anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; iron pidolate; glazing agents: shellac, polyvinylpyrrolidone, acetic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; iron fumarate, rose hip (Rosa canina L.) fruit dry extract 20 mg standardized to 50% in vitamin C, black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fruit dry extract 1.6 mg titrated 95% in piperine.

Total iron supplied 30 mg and total vitamin C supplied 100 mg.

Directions for use

We recommend taking 1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a little water or other liquid, preferably before the main meal.
It can be taken as a snack. Continue treatment for up to two months after hemoglobin levels return to normal, to replenish iron stores.

Warnings

Avoid use in cases of liver disease and hemochromatosis, repeated transfusions, hemolytic anemia, known hypersensitivity to iron, fever, viral infections, pulmonary tuberculosis, uterine bleeding.
Do not consume coffee and tea within one hour of taking the product, as they decrease iron absorption.
Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor.
