Ferramina Forte is a food supplement based on Iron and Folic Acid, for a correct daily iron intake or for an increased daily requirement.

Directions for use and Dosage

Taking one capsule a day guarantees 50% coverage of the recommended daily requirement (RDA) for adults. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as your needs for both folic acid and iron are increased, you can take up to 2 capsules per day to ensure 100% of the RDA.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
