Indications
Fer Mix is a food supplement based on:
- Iron which contributes to normal cognitive function, the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, the transport of oxygen in the body, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and the normal function of the immune system.
- Vitamin C which increases iron absorption.
- Vitamin B12 (in the active form) which contributes to the formation of red blood cells.
- Folic acid (in the active form) which contributes to normal hematopoiesis and intervenes in cell division processes.
- Copper which contributes to the normal transport of iron in the body.
Composition

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking one Fer Mix capsule per day with a glass of water.
