Indications
Fast BCAA is a powdered supplement and therefore very rapidly absorbed. Beta-alanine enhances its effect both before (to reduce fatigue) and after (for energy recovery).
They can be dissolved in the mouth, little by little with the scoop, and are very pleasant.

Directions for Use and Dosage
Take 5-10 grams directly into the mouth (a little at a time) or dissolve it in the water bottle, alone or with other powders.
