Indications
B Family is a food supplement based on B vitamins, choline, inositol and PABA. Pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, niacin, vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamine, biotin and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal energy metabolism, while niacin, vitamin B6, thiamine and folic acid are useful for natural psychological function. Finally, biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.
Also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Directions for use
Swallow 1 tablet a day, with water, with the main meal.
