Indications

Evolip is a supplement useful for the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids and for controlling the feeling of hunger as well as for weight loss.
It also has an antioxidant action and contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients.

Its active ingredients:

• Alpha-Lipoic Acid
  Alpha-Lipoic Acid is a fundamental enzymatic cofactor for the cells of the human body.
  The molecule is soluble in both aqueous and lipid environments, therefore it acts both inside and outside the cells, for this reason it is the most effective antioxidant present in nature (the antioxidant action protects cells from the attack of free radicals responsible for aging).
  In foods it is present in vegetables such as potatoes, spinach and broccoli but also in red meat.
  Its properties do not stop at the antioxidant effect, in fact Alpha-Lipoic Acid is able to improve insulin sensitivity, increase glucose elimination by up to 50% and reduce triglycerides.
  These properties make it that Alpha-Lipoic Acid can be successfully used to promote weight loss and control blood sugar.
• Green Coffee
  Green coffee differs from roasted coffee both in appearance and organoleptic properties.
  The seeds are not roasted but dried, thus maintaining their original green color.
  Drying allows the maintenance of chlorogenic acid, present in high quantities in coffee beans and destroyed by roasting.
  Green coffee is a very powerful antioxidant, thanks to the presence of chlorogenic acid.
  In fact, it neutralizes free radicals present in the human body, counteracting cellular degeneration and the development of chronic diseases such as cancer.
  Green coffee is rich in methylxanthines, which, combined with chlorogenic acid speed up the metabolism, promoting weight loss.
  Furthermore, green coffee, thanks to chlorogenic acid, slows the absorption of glucose at the intestinal level, thus counteracting the onset of diabetes (euglycemic action) and promoting weight loss.
• Chromium Picolinate
  Chromium is a micronutrient present in trace amounts in our body.
  Its important role as a cofactor in enhancing insulin function has been known since 1959.
  Chromium picolinate improves body composition, optimizing muscle growth and facilitating the loss of fat mass.
  Chromium picolinate promotes an appreciable reduction in the concentrations of total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol.
  Chromium picolinate improves fasting blood sugar levels, blood glucose concentrations basal insulin and glycosylated hemoglobin levels.
  Chromium picolinate, the most abundant form studied with chromium, has greater absorption and efficacy than other forms.
• Gymnema Sylvestre
  Gymnema Sylvestre is an Indian plant with hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering properties, mainly due to the gymnemic acid contained in its leaves.
  Gymnemic acid has a chemical structure similar to glucose, therefore it is able to selectively bind to glucose receptors present in the intestine, reducing its absorption.
  The blockade of the receptors lasts for 5-6 hours, reducing glucose absorption by 50%.
  Furthermore, Gymnema Sylvestre determines the reduction of triglycerides and cholesterol, which, added to the effect on glucose absorption, determines its important usefulness for controlling body weight.
  The recommended daily dose is 200-500 mg of titrated dry extract to be taken in two administrations before main meals.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 2 tablets a day for two months, then 1 tablet a day for another two months, to be taken half an hour before main meals.
