Directions for use and dosage

As a balsamic and expectorant, take 2-3 drops in a sugar cube, or in a teaspoon of honey, or in a little water, or in a teaspoon of sweet almond oil for food use, 3 times a day.
For fumigations (suffumigations), put 5-6 drops in a container of very hot water and breathe in the vapors for at least ten minutes, covering your head with a towel, once or twice a day.
For humidifiers and diffusers, use 10-15 drops in the water in the container.
Mixing 50 drops in 100 ml of sweet almond oil makes a massage oil for friction, for example Apply to the chest to clear the airways.
