Indications

Food supplement based on Nervonic acid, Acetyl l-Carnitine, α-lipoic acid, Bilberry, Vitamins B3 B6 B12, Zinc, and Selenium useful for supporting the proper functioning of the central, peripheral, and ocular nervous systems.

α-Lipodic acid: it is an important cofactor of the Krebs cycle and a powerful antioxidant that is rapidly absorbed after oral administration. It appears to prevent damage caused by oxidative stress at the level of the central and peripheral nervous systems. Its use is responsible for cellular function, promoting glucose utilization and energy production at the neuronal level, also increasing the synthesis of neurotransmitters.

Acetyl L-Carnitine: is an important physiological cofactor necessary for the activity of mitochondria (the cells' powerhouses). It is a useful supplement in all cases of deficiency, acting at the central and peripheral levels, in assisting the treatment of mechanical and inflammatory nerve lesions, primary cerebral involutional syndromes (premature aging) or secondary to vascular diseases. In addition to its therapeutic effects, acetyl L-Carnitine appears capable of stimulating neuronal growth and repair factors (NGF) and protecting the nervous system from oxidative damage.

Zinc: is an essential mineral, present in the body in quantities greater than any other trace element except iron and is present in all tissues. It performs various functions: it is related to the normal absorption and action of vitamins, particularly those of the B complex; it is a constituent element of many metalloproteases; it is important in DNA synthesis and is a component of insulin.

Nervonic acid: it is a monounsaturated fatty acid of marine origin and a precursor of membrane glycolipids. The main properties attributed to it are the regeneration of the myelin sheath and the general improvement of brain functions, therefore it represents an excellent alternative for the adjuvant treatment of neuromuscular and anti-aging diseases.

Directions for use and dosage

1-2 tablets per day or as needed, swallowed without chewing, regardless of meals.
