Directions for use and dosage

Branched chain amino acids are useful for supplementing the athlete's diet.

It is recommended to take the product between meals and preferably post-workout. The maximum permitted dosage is 5 tablets per day. BCAAs can also be used during particularly long and intense workouts.

Pre-exercise use (for anti-catabolic purposes and to counteract muscle acidosis): approximately 2 hours before the start of training.

Post-exercise use (to nourish the muscles and fight free radicals): approximately 1 hour after the end of training or in the evening, when the anabolic phase is most efficient.
