Indications
Essential Coll Age is a dietary supplement containing collagen, hyaluronic acid, glycine, and proline. It also contains garcinia mangostana, which supports the body's natural defenses and, together with maqui, has antioxidant properties. It also contains vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, cartilage, and bones, and, together with vitamin E, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Finally, the zinc it contains contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, and nails, and to normal acid-base metabolism and vitamin A metabolism.

Directions for use and Dosage
Shake a 15 g dose (equal to a heaped tablespoon) in a shaker with 200 ml of water, preferably before going to bed or on an empty stomach for better absorption. Keep the product closed and store in a cool, dry place.
