Ingredients
Turmeric extracts BCM 95 (Curcuma longa L., rhizome) and boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr., oleoresin), bamboo powder (Bambusa arundinacea Willd., surculi), zinc gluconate, devil's claw extract (Harpagophytum procumbens D., tuber), sodium selenite, vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). Capsule: fish gelatin; coloring: iron oxide.
Free from soy, gluten and lactose.

Directions for use and Dosage
2-4 capsules per day, during meals, following the advice of a doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult a doctor or pharmacist for use in children, adolescents, asthmatics, or those undergoing drug treatment (melatonin). Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or epileptics (melatonin). May cause drowsiness. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
