Indications
Ergycalm is a supplement based on hawthorn, horehound and lemon balm, selected for their relaxing properties and to promote mental well-being. Source of magnesium which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Composition
Aqueous solution of trace elements (filtered water, sodium-free seawater concentrate, standardized lithothamnium extract - Phymatolithon calcareum L. thallus, zinc, iron and copper gluconates, chromium chloride, manganese sulfate, selenite and sodium molybdate) - stabilizer: vegetable glycerin - extracts of hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha medicus, flowers), horehound (Ballota nigra L., aerial parts), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) - natural flavor - preservative: potassium sorbate.

Directions for use and Dosage
10 to 20 ml per day dissolved in water, in the amount of half to a glass, preferably between meals.
Warnings
Supplements should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Consume within 90 days of opening. Store in a cool, dry place.
Storage
The presence of a slight cloudy deposit is normal and does not affect the safety and nutritional properties of the product. Shake well before use.
