Indications

ERGY 3 is a food supplement based on EPAX wild fish oils of certified quality.

These oils are rich in omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), considered essential by the French National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (ANSES), because humans are unable to synthesize them on their own and must necessarily obtain them from their diet.

It is recognized that 1 the intake of EPA and DHA in a dose of 250 mg per day supports cardiac function. The same DHA intake contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.
