• Magnesium, together with niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, folic acid and vitamin B12, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Magnesium, together with niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B1, and Biotin contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
• Vitamin B2 contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for Use and Dosage

We recommend taking 1 sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (150 ml).
