Ergovis Magnesium Potassium + B vitamins with EG sugar is a food supplement with an energizing action. Magnesium, together with Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium, together with Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, B12, B1 and Biotin, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B2 contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Magnesium and Potassium contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium also contributes to electrolyte balance. Directions for use and Dosage
