Erafibra plus is a food supplement, packaged in a protective atmosphere, based on fructooligosaccharides, Bifidobacterium Lactis, and glucomannan, indicated for cases of reduced intake of these substances in the body.

Composition
Short-chain fructooligosaccharide powder, fructose, flavoring, acidifier: citric acid, glucomannan powder, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, Bifidobacterium Lactis BL-04 ATCC SD5219, sweetener: sucralose.
Directions Directions for Use and Dosage
1 sachet per day on an empty stomach, dissolved in half a glass of water. Do not administer to children under three years of age.
