Indications

Epsom Salt is a magnesium sulfate supplement that, when properly dosed, is traditionally used as a purgative. It allows the elimination of even thousands of liver and bile duct stones without side effects, improving digestion.

• Magnesium sulfate is also called English salt, or Epsom Salt in Anglo-Saxon countries and is a heptahydrate. The name comes from the town of Epsom in England, where it was first extracted from boiling mineral water.
• Also used in the bath for a powerful skin detox.

Composition

Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate or Epsom salt, 100% crystalline powder.

Directions for use and dosage

Dissolve one tablespoon of Epsom salt in a cup of water and drink. Different dosages may be recommended by your pharmacist or doctor.
