Directions for Use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 10 ml diluted in a glass of water, once or twice a day at any time (10 to 20 ml per day). If desired, the daily dose can be increased. Dilute in a bottle of water and consume throughout the day. Shake before use. Measuring cup included.
