Enzylife is a food supplement that provides a blend of enzymes obtained through fermentation, pineapple extract, rich in bromelain, and papain that support the breakdown of the main macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, fibers). Functionality
Enzylife provides a complete enzymatic pool consisting of specific enzymes for each category of nutrients.
- Amylase: also called α-amylase, they are involved in the breakdown of carbohydrates, breaking down starches in the first part of the intestine.
- Cellulase: they are able to break the bonds within the cellulose fibers and beta-glucans of cereals.
- Bromelain: is a proteolytic enzyme, that is, capable of breaking down proteins into amino acids.
- Lactase: these enzymes in the presence of water are able to split lactose into its two primary components, glucose and galactose.
- Lipases: these are enzymes that break down triglycerides, releasing individual fatty acids.
- Papain: papain is a sulfhydryl protease extracted from the papaya plant (Carica papaya L.) with proteolytic function.
