Ingredients
ACTILIGHT (fructooligosaccharides), sweetener: Mannitol; Wild fennel (Foeniculum vulgare M. var. dulce DC) fruit extract (0.9-1.1% essential oil), pregelatinized corn starch, EnzyBlend® (fermented maltodextrins), Lipaxil® (fermented maltodextrins), CereCalase® (fermented maltodextrin), Amilaxil® (fermented maltodextrin), anti-caking agent: Glycerol behenate; natural lemon flavor, firming agent: Tricalcium phosphate; Lactase (fermented maltodextrin), anti-caking agent: Bamboo (Bambusa spp.) sprouts dry extract (75% silicon dioxide), sweetener: steviol glycosides from Stevia rebaudiana.

Directions for use
It is useful to take 1 tablet with main meals or before/after particularly large meals. Also effective with occasional or as-needed use.
