Directions for use and dosage

It is recommended to take0.5-1 ml per day shortly before going to bed, as is or diluted in a little water or another cool drink. The volume is indicated on the graduated pipette. Shake the bottle before use.

After use, rinse the pipette thoroughly under running water before placing it in the appropriate container.
