Indications

Food supplement of Omega 3 fatty acids. Concentrate of omega 3 fatty acids (EPA + DHA), indicated in case of reduced dietary intake of these fatty acids. EPA and DHA in a 2:1 ratio (200 mg of EPA and 100 mg of DHA). Omega 3 are fatty acids defined as 'essential' as our body is not able to produce them on its own, but they are fundamental for the numerous benefits they bring to the body: they take care of the heart, eyesight and brain, they help maintain normal levels of triglycerides in the blood and normal blood pressure.

• 1 capsule per day: provides DHA in quantities useful for maintaining good brain function and vision.
• 3 capsules per day: provides DHA in quantities useful for maintain good brain function and vision.
• 7 capsules per day: 2 g of EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels.
• 10 capsules per day: 3 of EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Ingredients

Fish oil standardized for omega 3 (75%), edible gelatin; firming agents: glycerol, pectin, calcium chloride; antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.

How to use and Dosage

It is possible to take from 1 (EPA 200mg, DHA 100 mg) to 10 mini capsules (EPA 2 g, DHA 1 g) per day depending on the specific situations of EPA and DHA needs. For those following the Zone diet, the recommended daily dose is 8 mini capsules, which provide approximately 2.5 g of EPA and DHA per day.
