Directions for use and Dosage
You can take from 1 (EPA 400 mg, DHA 200 mg) to 5 capsules (EPA 2 g, DHA 1 g) per day depending on your specific EPA and DHA needs.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the supplemental daily intake of 5 g of combined EPA and DHA (8 capsules).
