Directions for use and dosage

Take immediately after your workout. Prepare one serving by dissolving the contents of 2 heaped scoops (approximately 30 g) in a shaker with 250 ml of still water. We recommend up to one serving per day, depending on your activity level and considering other protein sources in your diet.
