Indications
Energy Aminos is a food supplement with amino acids, caffeine and vitamins. Ideal as a pre-workout boost before training.
Ingredients
L-citrulline, L-leucine, L-arginine, corn dextrin, acid (citric acid), L-isoleucine, L-valine, natural flavor, lemon powder (5%) (maltodextrin, lemon juice concentrate (40%)), beta-alanine, caffeine, guarana extract, sweetener (steviol glycosides), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), food coloring (jasmine flower cap extract (Gardenia jasminoides)), pepper extract, vitamins (C, B3, B12).
May May contain traces of eggs, soy, and milk proteins.

Directions for use and dosage
Before training, mix 20 g (1 scoop) with at least 400 ml of water. Shake well until the preparation is completely dissolved. Drink 20 minutes before training.
