Indications
Enduro Gel is an energy supplement based on honey, maltodextrin, agave syrup with MCT, medium-chain fats of plant origin, known for their characteristics and easy digestibility.
With magnesium and vitamin C which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism.
Enduro Gel promotes prolonged energy during sports activity.
Taken 30 minutes before sport, it provides the energy needed to improve performance and combat fatigue.
Enduro Gel does not contain glucose syrup or fructose, which are sugars that cause a glycemic peak, that is, an increase in blood glucose levels.
In Endurance activities, in fact, this increase should be avoided, in order to make such activities more preforming.
