Indications

Emoftalè is a supplement indicated in cases of:

• Vitreous hemorrhage.
• Uveitis hemorrhage.
• Subconjunctival hemorrhage.
• Post-operative bruising such as, for example, blepharoplasty.
• In the prevention of cystoid macular edema and in the control of edema after retinal detachment surgery.

The supplement is based on alpha-lipoic acid and vitamin E with plant extracts of blueberry, centella, butcher's broom, orthosiphon and sweet clover:

• Blueberry
  has an antioxidant effect and promotes healthy vision;
• Butcher's Broom, Sweet Clover, and Gotu Kola
  Promote the functionality of the microcirculation.
• Melilotus and Orthosiphon
  Promote the drainage of body fluids.
• Vitamin E
  Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

Alpha-lipoic acid, Gotu Kola extract, Orthosiphon extract, Blueberry extract, Butcher's Broom extract, Glycerin extract of sweet clover, vitamin E.

How to use and Dosage

• Subconjunctival and vitreous hemorrhages:
  1 tablet x 2 x 15 days
• Prevention of cystoid macular edema:
  1 tablet three days before cataract surgery and for 60 days after
• Advanced non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy:
  2 tablets x 2 x 5 days - then 1 tablet x 3 x 15 days - then 1 tablet daily for 45 days
• Diabetic retinopathy n.p. mild and moderate and 
  Hypertensive retinopathy stage III and IV:
  1 tablet x 2 for 20 days - then 1 tablet x 1 x 60 days
• Hypertensive retinopathy stage I and II and 
  Atherosclerotic retinopathy:
  1 tablet per day x 60 days
